Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout - orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be rerouted once they’ve been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

However, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please reach out within 5 days of delivery to grace@clarivetta.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
